You may register as an adult or your child for private yoga, if you are registering your child you will need to fill out an additional form at the front desk.
Yes! Private Yoga does not require any Taekwondo training or yoga experience.
Private Yoga classes are on your schedule! You may call and schedule a private yoga class for any time we do not have a regularly scheduled class already.
Our Taekwondo studio main doors are open during business hours, when you arrive you can come in and find a spot to place your shoes and belongings. An instructor will greet you as you come in to give you further instructions.
For your first class you will learn basic techniques and moves and get a feel for the training.

The program you sign up for will determine how many classes you get per week:
- Summer Camp: 5 days
- Afterschool: 2, 3 or 5 day options
- All other regular child and adult classes: 2 days
